Crucial m4 128gb
FSP Hexa 500W
CM Elite 431 Plus

So this is alright? The GC can be fitted in that case right?
Btw, the brand of the GC is just the brand right? any brand is okay?

Wanted to, but this upgrade needs to last me for another 3-4 years laugh.gif
So, I went for the better i5 (I think)
And a easier to assemble CM case with the lock and unlock feature for those drives etc.
*
the extra 300mhz wont bring any significant performance that u would notice
the msi gtx670 is better and the xigmatek asgard pro has better air flow, cable management and tool free drives locking

Okay then, better off settle with the lower price one.
what about the board then? Asus/MSI, anyone that suits the budget?

500w can suffice? the GC like so imba. lol
*
yeah, graphics card today are very power efficient and will only get even more power efficient laugh.gif
for mobo, usually go for the one that is cheaper and has the same features, the gc matching color with msi mobo some more brows.gif

Does it mean i7-3770 fit MSI H77MA-G43 mainboard ?
Just curious, rendering Photoshop auto cad GTX650 Power Edition 1GB can handle it boh?
My boss still asking me why i don't take sli or cfx?
BTW, any affect if i reduce ram to 8GB? will it be smooth while running program?

Thanks, seem is a stupid question ... -.-
*
yes the i7 would fit, just that the xeon has the same performance of i7 but without integrated graphics

if I'm not wrong graphics software can't utilize sli/cfx and ur budget not enuf for sli, cfx oso sweat.gif

more ram would be better for rendering and do u play games? if u don't, just get leadtek gtx650, about how smooth will it render stuffs, I not sure, I don't render stuffs sweat.gif

To all sifus, im looking to buy a new gaming rig. My budget is only rm1500, so errrr... i guess i can only go for "budget gaming" rig from the term all the sifus used in the first thread. Before this, i only used my inspiron 1450 to play games, watching movies and all the stuff, basically all-in-one. But since i have started working for almost 1 year, thought i may afford to splash a bit of my salary for entertainment purpose.

Budget: rm1500
Hardware: A whole new rig, minus monitor. Already got a 23" samsung
LED monitor. Was told this monitor supposed to be HD, but never had the chance to try it since my inspiron 1450 doesnt support HD/no HDMI port.
Expectation: Pretty much can play all the current games? and maybe can watch movies or play games in HD too, please? smile.gif
Im pretty noob with hardware and comp. Got some basic knowledge but that's pretty much it. If my expectation is too high for that kinda budget, do enlighten me please. im sure i can lower down my expectation or increase my budget or something. thanks in advance
P/S: Would really appreciate it if anyone can recommend comp shop/seller for the rig mentioned. Either Taiping or Penang island would be great for me.

I'm looking for a downgrade from the Gtx670. Coz I would be only Diablo-ing. @@ Wouldn't want the 670 to just collect dust in there....

PS:

Kingston Value Ram 4GB X2
FSP Hexa 500W
Xigmatek Asgard Pro

Here are the stuff I bought already.
*
i suggest 7850 1gb then, lil bit more future proof than 7770
