I have a 1.5k budget and i'm looking for a processor, hard drive, motherboard,DVD-RW and also a casing which comes with a nice big PSU which can supply enough power for current rigs because I plan to upgrade next year from this. Urgently need this few things because my cousin pinjam me his pc and I got buy parts for it now he needs it back coz his one rosak so I have extra parts. Good proc and good mobo important of course coz i want this to last awhile.

gaming. i'm not expecting to play everything on ultra. planning to get maybe a 560ti twin fozr ii next year unless there's a better card at that same price.

Yes playing games. Games like, Sims 3, Civilization(at high graphics if possible?)?? Something like that. Monitor i dont have any yet trolol suggestion for cheap and good one? Or can I just connect to a 32 inch HD tv?

I made these changes according to my latest budget and overclocking is very likely to be happened in near future.
could you please check out if there's any compatibility issues between parts?? And would 500w power supply would be enough? and I can spare two hundreds more and would it be ok to go for x1600RAM instead of x1333?  any advice?

Hi Bro, usage for photoshop and software development with java technology, these app consume a lot memory...so i prefer more RAM as well..occasionally go for game like FM, fifa, NBA game

I just want to whether this rig handle Guild Wars 2 at Max High ? resolution might be 1080 or lesser.

Is this rig better than lenove y580 at handling Guild Wars 2?

What about other games, such as Mass effect 3 or GTA V(upcoming). Can this rig handle such games at High setting?

nah I can go up to RM 3k or RM 3.5K max, but I still prefer to say under RM 3K if possible as I want to save as much money as possible because my cellphone is also dying    if not I can max it until RM 4.5K 

That is why I choose RM 1.5K budget first, to gauge how far I can save

I don't think I need a monitor, I have one very old monitor. I have no idea about it's resolution but I think it can go up to 1080. But it doesn't really concern me as I can hook it up to tv. Ah and the monitor is not one of those bulky hulky design, the thin lcd type from acer 17"

Keyboard, mouse and speaker(I use  most of the time) are also not a priority.

If I may add, I'm looking for an eco friendly rig, consume less electricity and silent

Wouldn't suggest the 660Ti IMO since you can get a 670 at the same price.
Leadtek one costs only RM1139 FYI.....

But you can go for a Sapphire HD7950 for RM1099 FYI....
An overclocked HD7950 is on par with an OC'ed 670.
