I have a 1.5k budget and i'm looking for a processor, hard drive, motherboard,DVD-RW and also a casing which comes with a nice big PSU which can supply enough power for current rigs because I plan to upgrade next year from this. Urgently need this few things because my cousin pinjam me his pc and I got buy parts for it now he needs it back coz his one rosak so I have extra parts. Good proc and good mobo important of course coz i want this to last awhile.

gaming. i'm not expecting to play everything on ultra. planning to get maybe a 560ti twin fozr ii next year unless there's a better card at that same price.

560ti would be outdated already at that time, the newer 700series might be released already, so u plan to build one now without graphics card?

yeah graphic card no rush still got next year my current card can still let me play the games I want like sleeping dogs and guild wars 2. though not super fluent.

come on, look at their spec, u are comparing the number of cores, cache memory etc. also the 3930k cpu only cost u rm1799

Hmm then should i chage to i5 3570k? I choose 1600 coz only like rm20 diff

u planning to overclock the cpu? if yes not only u need the k cpu, u also need a better cooler, not the intel stock cooler

if i dont want overclock what would be a better proc+mobo?

hmm, actually u are good to go. i was thinking maybe a 550w psu like enermax naxn 550w rm215 is enough to support new gen cards coz they are getting less power consumption.
