IMHO Better get normal casing because is easier and cheaper too

no such mobo as MSI H61M-P28?

4gb barely enough? 8gb consider overkill already for an home pc but ram are dirt cheap so we usually recommend 8gb
the msi is perfectly fine and the graphics card is perfectly fine also since u want to play games, can get 1tb if u store a lot of movies or music
the liteon dvd Rw is perfectly fine too

just go for the 2nd build, can also lower down the i5 to
3450
