Agreed. As an Arsenal fan, I rather AW sell Walcott and start Oxade-Chamberlain.

Walcott may be fast but it is very frustrating watching him. Once in a while he will do some super dribbling and skip past 3 defenders and score a goal, but most of the time he'll just end up losing the ball. And by most of the time i mean 90% of the time.

He's as fast as Usain Bolt but still lacks a footballing brain.

That's pretty good imo. We paid like 40mil or so for Downing and Hendo and their combined stats don't even match up against Walcott and we're making noise about paying 10mil for Walcott.

you guys seems to forget about the players salary.... aguero, balotelli, mata and hazard all raking more than 100k a week while carrol is no more than 60k (if the report is correct).. so 5 years contract + than 20++ millions is way more costly.

the club can pay that big because the money from selling torres. but can't sustain paying big wages.. i dont really know its true or not but gerrard is the only one in our club that earn more than 100k/week.

Llorente has a 30m buyout clause apparently, and I don't think we're gonna wanna spend 30m on another player again. Was just thinking about Sturridge. Before he got pushed to a right wing role, he was actually a pretty good forward at Chelsea and Bolton wasn't he?

Huh? Many websites quoted Sahin as pacy and mobile with an eye on goal. I've never watched him play though. Assaidi does look like a very tricky winger that can really dribble well. We wont know until we see him perform.

Serious? Why we need long range passer when we are going to adopt short passes strategy via tiki taka? And with Caroll gone or on the bench, the long range passing seems odd to me. He's a good option for free kick though. However, I still favor Gerrard and Suarez for free kick.
