The previous leaked JB ROMs (eg XXDLH8, LH7...) were okay, i try all of them, only this latest leaked XXDLH9 has issue with 3rd party keyboard.

Wanamlite jelly bean v3 RC5 is perfect except for the keyboard bug.

The solution for the keyboard bug is to disable all third party keyboard apps from the S3 settings, and only use the stock samsung keyboard for now.

stock samsung keyboard is pretty decent.

I heard however that even stock will crash now and then, if what i read was correct, but at least not too frequent.

By the way, i noticed other roms have this camera mod by hyperx which has very good bitrate. I was wondering why wanam doesn't add to his rom ?

No changelog found ?

New in 1.4:

minor changes in smali-files.

New in 1.35
new feature: during video now you can take photos by pressing the capacitive "menu" button"
New "SamsungCamera.apk" based on the newest firmware "XXALF2"
CWM Flash file added ! you can easily flash the file with CWM recovery

New in Vers. 1.3:
Start Video-recording with Vol.UP (or virtual key) and Pause Video recording with Vol. Down AND RESUME video with vol. UP again !!! Finally STOP recording by pressing the virtual key !

Hi, I just got my new S3. Wanna ask, if I do not root it, will I be missing a lot? I have tried to read about the rooting process and seems to be pretty complicated. Any opinions?

Some applications require root in order to work, some applications need root access to use its certain features. Normally those kind of applications r for power user. Now ask urself whether u need to use those apps or not or the stuff u going to do with ur phone need root access or not

not complicated at all.

people had done all the hard parts programming the tools to perform the root, the recovery manager etc.

All thats left for the end user to do is read the instructions freely available on google, and youtube and just follow it exactly.

everythings all explained so it's almost impossible to brick your phone, unless you just run headlong into it without reading/watching/following instructions sweat.gif

yes you will be missing out one quite a few things. i just you google to find out more nod.gif
