having the act governing service apartment and soho is one thing, but complying to the act is another issue... some of the soho sofo etc where developer do not use the standard HDA SNP... if the prop that bought with SNP that complies to HDA should be ok..

Of course the onus is on the buyer to read and understand what they are buying into...

Attached Image The area immediately in front of Brio' main entrance is beginning to look like a back alley way. Sector 7 is placing its rubbish bins and unused tables there. The unplastered walls built by it to close up its original door facing Brio main entrance looks horrible. Four terrible looking portable toilets(?) placed right at Brio front entrance is quite unbelievable. How can SW management allow all these to happen right at Brio's main entrance. Are they blind and all having blocked nose? It would be a big negative point to Brio. Hope Brio owners would lodge a strong complaint to SW Management before Brio prices start to tumble versus Solace and Vio.

Make sure you fill up the complaint form when you collect your keys. Understand from agents, Bio are already less favourable than Solace and Vio for this unfortunate reason. Easily reversible as long as management staffs of SW care a little bit more.

These four portable toilets are permanent or just temporary? I remembered someone said last time they will build public toilet somewhere in the basement? Brio don't have water feature at the entrance facing the shops side but will have one (I hope they are no changes, from the scale model) on the other entrance facing wawasan side. But the condition in this photo is not acceptable lar once VPed, I hope they will do something to make it look better.

ha..ha, it is actually portable changing cloth set.

True, the Brio lobby will not be as grand as Solace with Beer Factory back facing and the noise level, OMG, it is much nearer to those pubs. Awave and B Factory will knock down those weak hearts in Brio

I once tooked a closer look and found they were dysfunctional. Most probably these are abandoned items.. But again, SP Setia should not turn a blind eye as such items are a real eyesore to a passer-by.

Dear SP Setia, can you pls do something? Tx in adv.

Yes I have invested there. Will lodge a strong wriiten complaint upon VP. Sector 7 is just being too selfish to turn their front door into a back lane. Their staffs eat and smoke there as well. The rubbish bins and bags are smelly too. Hope many more would complaint so that top management may know their junior managers are not doing their first basic task, ie at least maintain its original standard. Cannot understand how SW management can approve Sector 7 replacing its door with an unplastered wall! Can you believe it, agents are already suggesting 5%
discount for Bio units vs Vio & Solace, due to its poor main entrance!

It is not muddy water. It is just rain water. That part is not covered.
