Anggun 3 really price at 608K or just speculate only...

Emm... MR is just 3 minutes drive away fr Anggun 3/Jusco... would it make a big difference? Feel like MR would be more peaceful.
Also heard that there would be a Latar exit near MR, is it true?

exit to/from rawang tol nearer.

BRDB got a big plan next to Anggun enclave.

Bandar Tasik Puteri owned by lowyat. mah sing project also consider part of it to me.

I am not familiar with Rawang, thanks for your advice.
Maybe during weekend, the traffic was not so heavy. It only took me 3 minutes to drive from Jusco to MR.
During weekday, is the traffic very bad?

Where is Bandar Tasik Puteri? further away from Jusco?

BTW, may I know what big project is that?? the one next to Anggun??
