Any estimated launch price for Anggun 3 Superlink??

Anggun 3 will be built on the cleared land next to Caltex? but I don't see there is a lake there....
Also notice that some new houses are building next to Caltex as well, what project is that?

Anggun 3 is double storey link house; M Residence is double storey superlink house. Wat r the difference? "Superlink"??

I m undecided between MR & Anggun3.
MR is 22×80; Anggun is 22×70.
In term of design/outlook of the house, I prefer MR - iron grills for balcony.

Emm... MR is just 3 minutes drive away fr Anggun 3/Jusco... would it make a big difference? Feel like MR would be more peaceful.
Also heard that there would be a Latar exit near MR, is it true?

Maybe during weekend, the traffic was not so heavy. It only took me 3 minutes to drive from Jusco to MR.
During weekday, is the traffic very bad?

Looking on the map, 2 or 3 storey Superlink most probably will be on the right.
