ya this is 1 issue but if the mr2 snp is ready before anggun is available, i will sign for mr2.

if they keep delay, then i still have option. biggrin.gif

Anggun 3's location is much better than MR.
The whole Anggun area will be the next new town of Rawang.confirmed. Spoken to a friend working from Marsing , he told me the price Anggun 3 should be 20% more than MR base on location, design and etc. BTW the 688k MR super link is east west facing. The north west facing will be selling at 708k. Anggun 3 will be all north south facing. Infact if you really study, 608 k for anggun 3 will be cheaper than MR even base on psf. So I believe the upside in near future should be 30% more than MR.

I m undecided between MR & Anggun3.
MR is 22×80; Anggun is 22×70.
In term of design/outlook of the house, I prefer MR - iron grills for balcony.
