Have you got the skull keycaps? I couldn't find them in GH.

its made by clack factory, its a person who made the keys himself and sell them once in a while,
all his keycaps are sold withing 30minutes after he announce it,
and every one are allowed to buy one only, so every one who got the keys will not let go of it,
only very few are willing to sell or trade them.

just lurk at geekhack more, and go grab the keys as soon as he announce it.

not into bling bling, but wow. just wow.
to both price and design of course.

crap, i'll have to lurk in gh every day then

even then, the skull key are around USD$50,
if you are lucky to get it first hand......

how long can 2shot last long? like 2~3 years? or >10 years?

that is one tough question...

PBT can last long because of more durable of material. The surface won't wear as easy as ABS. What's left is the printing.

Whereas, double shot.. yes it gets shinny as fast as your regular ABS key caps, but the letter would last until the day your finger rubbed a hole on your key cap.

can this be wipe off?

I dont think it can be wipe off coz the shining happened as the keycaps color or can say the coating being brushed out, correct me if im wrong...

exactly, the "shinny" is mean by the surface texture wears off after prolonged usage. I don't know why many people thought it is caused by the oil on our hands but wears off means gone. wiping won't help unless it is really caused by oil stain or whatever stain.

If want bring back the texture, can try sanding it with rough grit sand paper lol

PBT will get shinny as well, but not as fast as ABS. heck, even textured metal surface will wear off and become shinny.. but just the matter of time...

just keep in mind, everything wears off per usage, your car tyre, door knob, good-ol nokia keypad, etc..

Haha actually no need to worry la for the keycaps to wear off or get shined coz lot of keycaps on the market nowdays juz change it frequently so it wud not get shine very fast

hey bros..for budget <rm200 any good mechanical keyboard to recommend? use mainly to type and RTS gaming like wc3 and dota

if <RM200, choices are close to none, the only way out is taobao and hope to find one, but not very likely

Actually, it is very likely to find M.keyboard below RM200(shipped) from taobao if you consider those China brands(some are quite reliable) and Tenkeyless.

But same as your reply, RM200 budget pretty much means a "NO" to get from local.
