I believed i saw the same ad in iproperty as well, but that one is developed by MKH, bungalow 90'x 95', heard is a new development

I pay visit to the site, is so outskirt and surrounding is just old community. It took me 30 min from Kl. Not sure if this will be as glorious as Setia Alam in coming years. I realize Sunway, Mkh, ttdi already made in road to that place.

Dun think they will reduce price.
Believe tis area will be semenyih new town in future and need at least 10 yrs to develop since more 3400 acres. |

Read from one of their SP Setia interview:
they purposely on hold and launch slowly just to push up the price due to lesser supply for higher demand of affordable or medium range landed property in KV |
