how about semenyih? that is what i say, 20 minutes if you work at cheras kajang, or putrajaya cyberjaya.

same thing apply to kota kemuning, botanic and bkt tinggi, and even denai alam.
but basically i feel that most people here believe it "grab it of miss it" and "properties price always go up", location and price isnt an issue for them as long is from branded developer. therefore i think we have nothing to argue here.  cheers.gif

No offense, you got no wrong about your points. Just my opinion, Eco hill/Semenyih just has its own market. (ppl from Cyber,Putra,Bangi,Kajang,Cheras,Nilai and dont forget market from Semenyih itself) Just like Setia Alam actually targetting Klang market. There is nothing to argue here as you said. Maybe Semenyih just not your type of risk profile. But What can i see is that there is huge amount of demand here in this hidden town. Just my opinion.
