how about semenyih? that is what i say, 20 minutes if you work at cheras kajang, or putrajaya cyberjaya.

same thing apply to kota kemuning, botanic and bkt tinggi, and even denai alam.
but basically i feel that most people here believe it "grab it of miss it" and "properties price always go up", location and price isnt an issue for them as long is from branded developer. therefore i think we have nothing to argue here. 

there are many huge and undeveloped lands in semenyih. i am seeing the potential of appreciation for land properties in this area. it is definitely a value for money in terms of per sqft as compare to other mature developed area which is over pricing and how many employed professional couple people afford to buy it? personally i don't buy high and sell higher. i rather go for proper town ship development with lower price and landed properties only. come on, we are in malaysia and why choose to buy high rise if you can afford landed? no offence..
