What the timing for UCCC ? I got myself a pair today..but..seem my timing not very good. I already set 8-4-4-3.0 and 1T timing..the Row Cycle time ,Row Cycle Refresh time? Write to read delay time..put wat value is optimal for UCCC?

UCCC is normally designed for high speed with high latencies; at least from the sticks that I have. The best I can get is 3-4-4-8 @ 275Mhz. Not too bad for a 1GB stick module but my board dictates that it must run 2T.

This is UCCC thread. I believe there's a TCCD/TCCC thread somewhere. Kindly post your query there, thanks.

I have a KVR with UCCC chips, but dont know how good they are as i am using 478 3.2GHz,

They are 512mb X 2, But i believe they can do high speed.

Yeah it can get a bit hot especially if both of them are placed next to each other in your mobo. However, in my case, I am using a 12cm fan to blow at it directly and the placing is having a huge gap, so no temp issues. It is rock solid at 270-275mhz.

woot..
manage to revive my epox \o\ \o/ /o/
now blent test the rams at 260 ...
i guess its my psu is the culprit, having weak 3.3v rails [fluctuate like hell]

my epox is using 5v rails for ram, so currently doing good biggrin.gif

-----------------------
its weird, my epox cant memtest error free like my neo2 in dos at 260.
but, my epox can prime in windows at 270 while my neo2 fails even at 255 shakehead.gif

for now, to hell goes with memtest, as long its prime/superpi stable, im fine with it rclxm9.gif

look like this chip can push very high speed with very loose timing..

so can anyone tell me what is more importance..high speed with loose timing

or moderate speed with moderate timing?

i took.. tight timing and high possible (moderate) speed...
reduce high temp and high voltage...
high speed and loose timing not pretty good for me...
