Why don't you get another stick and run it together. I would love to see how far these sticks can go in dual channel.

i have a samsung UCCC ram;
if i set the memory to the ram default timing 3-4-3-8 250mhz 1T, means i also OC my processor at the same time ?

What is your cpu? What is the multiplier you set when you set your RAM to that timing? It's better to list your hardware spec here to enable others to better help you.

CPU = athlon64 2800+ (clawhammer 9x multiplier)
mobo = foxconn 754 (nf4 pci-e x16)
ram = ocz pc4000 ddr500
GC = galaxy 6600gt zalman
casing = icute + 450w psu

juz curious if i happen to set the HTT from 200Mhz to 250Mhz, this will also OC my cpu core speed?
can my cpu stock fan cooler support the OC to par with my ram?

Wow..those Samsung chip on Value select RAMs make my hands itchy to get one...

But i never seen the Corsair VS using the UCCc chip before...mine using corsair chip

Dont look at the SuperPI speed .. cos i enabled auto throttle on the Asus bios thus the CPU speed fluctuate ..

hy there, i just bought Samsung UCCC but its 2x512MB Kingston KVR not sure wat PCB they use



i tried to overclock with 1:1 paired wif Venice 3000+ but couldnt pass beyond 240HTT, but after using memory divider 5:6, i can get all the way up to 300 (with clockgen) 280 bootable... can u guys gimm advise about how to make it 1:1 with DDR500?
i'm using Asus A8N-SLI Premium 1009

I thought you wanted to get performance RAMs? What timings did you use when you got stuck at DDR480? Most UCCC will top out around DDR480 @ 2.5-3-3-7, but for 3-4-4-8 it's a different story ... DDR550

yeah sure, currently looking for it, now stuck to valueram since my budget wor...,now i increase my timing to 3-4-4-8 n manage to get even 290HTT 1:1 until it turns to blue screen...i guess it reached the limit?owh...no wonder lor...3-4-4-8 can get at least DDR550...here, my screenie
