clipless pedals have nothing to do with mileage or riding experience.. no matter how far you've ridden...a couple of tumbles is still the per-requisite when starting off on clipless...

"almost" no one makes it without a fall... it's like driving la.. without ever learning to drive a manual... even if driving around in an auto for 10 years also will still stall the car on first try one... that's a given...

OR, maybe he wanted to know that elsewhere those sidis are sold significantly expensive, but if the customer look at his price tags, customers would know that he offers attractive price. makes sense?

OR, he just simply share his views like how a fellow cyclist would comment on the price tag of a cervelo r5ca.

FYI, my clip shoe learning experience is awesome.

I never falls. wahaha... but there's once, "almost" fall.

i guess, it's due to my abit loose setting on the pedal. It's much easier to unclip.

KKB - Frasers = it's only 20KM uphills plus 8KM to reach top of Fraser. it's nothing suffering / hell comparing to Broga loop.

anyway, KKB-Fraser route, you wont get roasted when u back!

btw, how come suddenly so many people riding up to Fraser hill?

btw, u know the route? where to start? i forget the route but i remember things i did during the ride.

we stop at Titi to eat wan tan mee....
then continue... passby K.Kleweng town...
then i thinks after dont know whats long hills, immediate after end of downhill at the junction, there's a fruit stall selling nice sweet watermelon! we can stop there....

after the watermelon, further abit, it's the Bukit Tangga! it's look short, but it's bloody hilly!

after that, the ride is not much hilly.. some little rolling hills... then we can stop by at Broga town... refuel...

then, after that, i have no idea how to back to Bt 14 / Kajang.

hmm... which date? really hard to find 1. any suggestion?

Hi, any good bike shop in KL/PJ area to recommend? want to get one for leisure purpose only. was interested in cyclocross bike but somehow very difficult to find one in M'sia. any idea why? is it because of the difficulty to get parts or something or is it just no demand? Thanks

urrr... cos no one is interested in one.. and there is no CX tracks here... anyone who is interested in a bit of harsh road would have gone to MTB instead.. CX is neither here nor there, purely for competitive purposes...

you can try to convert one from a normal road bike though... just find one with huge clearance in the fork and rear chainstay...

after that, it is only a matter of the cantilever brakes and fat tyres... fulcrum makes some cx wheels that can take a bit more abuse if you intend to take it to the dirts... else, 32-spoke 3-cross mavic open pros will work wonders...

difficult? not really.. there is this thing called ebay and the internet... as long as you are willing to pay.. there is a willing seller...

Leisure? = i'll ask you your budget first? then followed by your definition of leisure?
