should be like this

topup any amount, rm10 will do, make an International call after the rm10 topup, then on your next topup, say rm50, you will get 15% bonus on that rm50 topup, ie rm7.50

eh method change? last time i top up 50, call google, after 2nd days i get extra amount... no?

another top up 30, called bangladesh, 4 days no response

1 top up 30, then called bangladesh, then top up another 85 , 3 days get 12.75

mine RM1.50 credited after 72 hours.

called to same nation, several months before: RM40 top up, received sms no long after making the call (whereby that time my main intention was not getting bonus air time, was really need to call overseas with enough credit).

last week to same nation, main intention is to get air time bonus, = 72 hours waiting.

they read my mind... (joking)


just be patient wait till u got the sms notification, called their cs hotline waiting 10min also no one bother pickup. morning, noon or night.

calling u mobile hotline is really the last thing u want to do,..

if i have any issue on my u mobile, i prefer to go u mobile service centre directly,

haha both are useless, at the end they ask me to email to them, which would be answered by CAT ( Centralized Activation team )

so as i know hotline = operator that only take you go around the garden

customer service = pay bill, subscribe package

don't expect too much ya

well u mobile is a good product but too bad they didnt intend to raise up their service in hotlink or service centre ,.. wasted their pontential in market

Umobile is the fastest growing Telco in the last Quarter, Lets hope that they will improve on the Billing and CSO area..

Btw, most area that was not covered with UM3G previously are beginning to get roaming under Maxis3G now........

where is your location and wat fon are you using?

have you set your fon to Auto Roaming?

Infact it was able to Roam on M3G since last Friday

im using galaxy s3...already put in auto roaming still nothing much happened...huhu
