Do bank salary for IT personnel is slightly higher thn average pay outside?Do bank need programmer? |

I'm programmer for a bank but working as a vendor.

Just opened JS for job hunting.. Realize that most ppl (~70%) who apply the same jobs asking for a lower salary.. Start wondering, 1. Candidate willing to apply lower salary from market value, by expectation employer will hire them. -> impact: msia never achieve high salary income, underpaid 2. My salary, low or high actually? Anyone have the same thought? Need advise here. Thnks.. |
