any IT personnel working in bank here?
Do bank salary for IT personnel is slightly higher thn average pay outside?Do bank need programmer?

just got new offer. I'll join them next year.

as a what? technician? engineer? janitor? mine as an engineer is USD90/day, but it's small company though. basic salary is different.

Realize that most ppl (~70%) who apply the same jobs asking for a lower salary..
Start wondering,
1. Candidate willing to apply lower salary from market value, by expectation employer will hire them.
-> impact: msia never achieve high salary income, underpaid
2. My salary, low or high actually?

Anyone have the same thought? Need advise here.

I could said is on par. If you get prof cert, you should able to get higher paid.
