Depends which company you joined.

My brother who had like 1 yr working experience in oz after graduated, came back to malaysia and took a 7.5k / month job here. ut now he quit cos he got a better offer 9 work 10 days and off 20 days with a daily rate of RM1.5k in the mines in oz. So he flies in n out of oz on his own expense. So kira average Rm10k / month lor minus the flight price.

If your brother is working in Oz and getting Oz salary, it is not a fair benchmark to the salary earned in Malaysia. On top of that, the money that he earned will be taxed as well.

Something for you to ponder upon. At your age, I think you should be looking whether the move will aid you in your career advancement and not the monetary benefits. Money will come naturally if your career is on track. whistling.gif

meaning that, the other companies that offer me rm2.6k , rm2.7k all are gross salary? or it depend on the company? man... i shouldn't sign the contract yesterday

I would say almost all, if not all salary offers from companies are gross salary before your tax and epf deduction. You are only a fresh graduate and still young. Most importantly is the prospect of the job. Worst come to worst, you can always resign and take up another higher job offer in the future.
