considered myself as having close to 3 years (2.5yrs) experience in IT, nowadays even some lucky freshgrads also can get the same figure as mine

however, I aim for RM4k+ only in the upcoming job applications, making it within ~20+% increment range from current figure,

which is why I wonder, how are you underpaid in anyway?

gosh, I am getting more and more unmotivated in work thesedays, the increasing job responsibilities doesn't match with the stagnant salary figure anymore

What a lucky guy, i jumped twice also not there yet...

That's why i said I was comparing with my friends and colleagues with similar years of experience in the same field.. one of my friend with extra 1 year experience has been bought off with 60% higher than my salary

since you said this is your first job after grad, mind to elaborate on your increment history, and also did you undergo any promotion?

increment at least once a year, max was 20%, promoted 4 times, worked like a cow. the worst days i had was left home before the sun rose, reached home when the sun of the next day rose again..

just fyi. my old company MNC, hire a fresh meat is rm3.3k basic.

So you are abit underpaid.
