It is a normal sound, so open slowly for the pressure to even out less dramatically. Can also ask the shop to check the tank vent valve if have it.
you should have the sound as it's pressure accumulated from your fuel and it indicates that there's no leaking.. if your car got no shhhh sound, means the pressure is leaked to somewhere not thru the fuel cap.
