not sure but i'm guessing is (1) since Wira 1.6 is launched on 1993

You have a massive dip of torque at 3k to 4k, why like that?
And you are running crazy rich at the high end (AF ratio)

What mods did you do to your car?

yea.. I also don't know why there's a massive drop of torque between 3-4k. Also no idea why is that the A/F at high end is like able to feed for turbocharger rclxub.gif
And another problem is that you can see the power band is very jaggered... is like misfires but actually is not. Its been like that for many years. Changed new Bosch ignition coil, 10.5mm quadcore plug cables, iridium spark plugs, and new set of clutch also woundn't help on the engine hesitation. Can feel the jerkiness when climbing hill.
So far my ride not been equipted with any extreme mods;
- K&N drop-in filter
- 4-2-1 extractor
- Removed catalytic converter
- Lightened crank pulley
- Works A-FPR Stage 1
- 5-points grounding cables.
- External engine breather filter
- Quadcore 10.5mm plug cables
- Bosch Iridium Fusion Plugs

The workshop recommending me to install Works EMS to correct back the A/F ratio sweat.gif

could it be the crank sensor? or the cam sensor? The foreman just told me might be cause by the crank sensor since this issue happened even before i changed the ignition coil, plug cables and spark plugs hmm.gif

Bro, where u do the dyno, and how much? Thinking of analyzing my ride... After few mods, the fuel went really crazy...!! RM50 can go 150km only...!! sweat.gif

What did you mod for yours?

Dyno market price is RM100 with AF graph

if not mistaken, most manufacturer set the a/f to be rich on higher RPM to protect the engine.

and the torque dip probably due to the extractor and cat con.

if really wanted to put management (EMS, E-Manage), better to do all the extra mods that you wanted to do now. otherwise later do it then have to dyno-tune again.

yea... and most important i need to fix that jerking issue first, then only consider for other mods...

1) Open pod filter
2) 2" from extractor to muffler
3) 4g93 camshafts + adj. cam pulleys (set for top speed)
4) 4g93 (Eterna) ECU
5) 4g93 Airflow sensor
6) 240cc injectors
7) Just converted from auto to manual (short ratio gb)

** Already bought Mivec's TB + Manifold, but haven't installed...
