Oh my goodness, spelling wrong, "small rednote" as translation for XHS, "Make an apology and publish in the Facebook" ....

Malicious statements? Well your system encourages malicious practices, that is why many people come up with "malicious" statements to call out your bs.

How about getting rid of the bs malicious practice? And perhaps take some grammar and spelling lessons? Or learn how to write a proper letter?

Spelling September as "Septmebr"? You drunk ke?  tongue.gif

OMFG still the same tactic from years ago???
What's next, send the offender a Whatsapp Message with screenshot of his/ her social media post? yawn.gif yawn.gif yawn.gif

Same old tricks that had been used to threaten ex members since 6-7 years ago.

Unlike Mc Ocean's empty threats, I have consulted a REAL LAWYER about their LOD. He told me that I do not have to comply to ANY of their demands, instead if Mc Ocean persists on the LOD and messaging, I have the right to sue them back for threats and harassments.

Plus, taking Mc Ocean to court will surely expose the huge pile of dog sh*t they had done over 15 years in existence from all around Malaysia. Simply throw a rock in the streets also can hit a victim that was scarmmed by Mc Ocean that will testify against them.

That being said, a piece of advice to Mc Ocean, your best option is to stay down and keep watching more victims continue to expose your dirty deeds. Going legal will only make things worse to yourself, JUST LIKE YOUR DISASTROUS LAWSUIT LOST AGAINST LOWYAT. icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif

Just like some of their fanatic members, the whole company cannot be taken seriously.

Bluff here and there, always need to fake it till you make it. Need to buy a BMW to prove the so-called "success" in the company? Who is gonna pay for the BMW? Your upline? The company? Hahahaha you wait until it starts snowing in Malaysia if it ever happens.

Do things cincai one. LODs with zero substances and maximum errors.

Product quality very shit.

Refund policy also very shit.

Malicious practices in the company keep on continuing, but somehow the company never write warning letters to those encouraging the malicious practices to tell them to stop the nonsenses.

They always say that you can always refund your stocks within the first 6 months after your purchase date, but they leave out plenty of things.

Let's break down the FACTS first.

From their website:

user posted image

From here we can see that if you refund 11 days after your purchase date, 10% of the total stock value will be charged (10% of RM35,000 is RM3,500 btw).

One thing that maybe isn't mentioned here is you cannot refund the product if it's expired. Keep that in mind.

And remember I mentioned 10% of RM35,000? Why didn't I include the RM2,000 stock that you purchase initially? It's because 99% of the time, you purchase that from whoever brought you in. Technically, in this case, it's not the company's fault. Only God knows what is the expiry date of the products given to you, or in their terms, "sponsored" to you.

And even then you won't get the full refund. Why? Because a massive portion from the RM35,000 you pay the company is paid as "sales bonus" to your upline(s). So, the company can't refund you what they don't have, right?

What to do then? You have to personally chase your upline(s) for the refund! Yes, you read it correctly. Let's just guess if they are willing to pay you back.

You are basically fked, if not worse.

The refund policy is purposely designed to benefit the company, and also the upline.

All these uplines inside know what to do to avoid giving refunds to downline if they want to request refunds.

Based on the refund policy, uplines have to refund you if you don't open the products. In practice, they will never want to do that.

McOcean be like, if you can get refund from uplines, good for you. If you cannot get refund from uplines, sucks to be you lol. You can get refund or not from uplines is none of my business lmaooo

Mc Ocean made it impossible for its members to NOT sign the agreements by adding the refund policy in the terms and condition that members must agree if they want access to their Mc Ocean Online Account.
Without access to online account, their members cannot make online purchases or check their monthly income. so they cannot survive without it.

This is another evidence to show that Mc Ocean is in league with the dirty practices of their leaders. One forces the members to sign a bias contract, while the other do the dirty deeds (trick new members to buy their outdated Rm 5K water filter and install them, opening product packaging and buying close to expired products).

Ultimately, the objective of Mc Ocean is to make sure they get to keep most, if not all, of the RM 35K that a new victim gave to them.

After you decided to withdraw and wanted your refund,
(1) Mc Ocean office will first take away 10% as their "service charge", only refund back less than 30% of the 90% balance of the RM 35K and push you to chase for them from your uplines YOURSELF.
(2) Your uplines will either ignore you or said they will only refund you in the following months after they receive their income. But with their peanut monthly income, don't know how many years only they can pay you back. That is why they eventually choose to just BLOCKED you from contacting them.

Mc Ocean is despicable as such! puke.gif

One fine day, out of the blue a friend/ family/ a stranger you met online (AKA Introducer), excitedly inform you that he/ she got tickets to an open house event, there you get to meet some successful entrepreneurs, who earns 5 figure/ 6 figure income per month and they are going to share his secret to success.

Your Introducer said he only has 2 tickets and it cost only RM 60 and then he invited you to join him.

Fuyoh! You think you hit jackpot.
But WAIT, why Deepavali Open House NEED TO PAY MONEY ONE??? Hosted by Millionaires wut, takkan they cannot afford to do a once in a year Open House. Maybe... There are thousands of people so it is a costly event, the banquet has 1st class food and services and hire expensive performers and MCs.

Nevertheless, you give a benefit of a doubt, pay your Introducer RM 60 and go.

The day of the event had finally arrived, and when you step into the venue.... OMFG!!! shocking.gif

1) Venue is a cheap, poorly maintained hall at some shady part of town/ inside a school hall (Red Flag #1)
2) In-house members being the MC and the performers, so terrible like they just being put on stage last minute to dance (Red Flag #2)
3) Some UNKNOWN SELF PROCLAIMED millionaire, which wears an old worn out outfit, bragging about how successful he/ she is on stage because of a certain "BUSINESS PLATFORM"(Red Flag #3)
4) Most of the audience behaving like uncivilized monkeys cheering, shouting and jumping in the tiny hall, LIKE A CULT (Red Flag #4)
5) And finally...

Time for some 1st class meal, you are starving after hours long of boring (2) and (3) and annoying (4) and behold at the back of the hall is ... CHEAP BUFFET (I mean, the cheapest of the cheap kind of buffet) puke.gif (Red Flag #5)

That's right! I regret to inform you that you just got suckered into a event hosted by one of the most despicable Pyramid Scheme, disguised as MLM called MC OCEAN.
During festive seasons, Mc Ocean Prince Premier members will take the opportunity to enrich their pockets by organizing events like this. Those who attend, Mc Ocean members and the victims that they brought, have to pay RM 60 to attend it.

He/ she will be very cheapskate about everything, in house emcees, performers & crew members and look for the lowest price money can catered buffet. For days, members are forced to work until late nights to setup the venue and practicing. While the Prince Premier will just act rich, attend the event and give a speech.

At the end of the event, that Prince Premier will pocket the balance amount that was collected as his INCOME.

So Mc Ocean members who had been secretly reading this post behind and tried to report it down, this is how your upline PP had been surviving in Mc Ocean, by siphoning money out of you!
EVERY Event (Training Camps, GES in hotels & Festive Events) is a money making opportunity by the PPs.
This is the reason why KP level members are forced to buy an amount of event tickets and are desperately trying to sell them off to their downlines. If not sold, KPs will have to eat the cost.

This is how Pyramid Scheme in disguised MLMs income comes from, their own members! The bottom of the pyramid continues to pay money to feed the top. Don't be Mc Ocean's Income anymore.

Can you guess who is the PP in the below photo? Of course its the man at the center, who is genuinely smiling, because he is the only one in the picture who is earning money through this event.

just now i went to eat some jap food at KL cos met up with old ex-colleagues... also paid like 80rm for my lunch set.

so, in reality and actually, consider yourself damn lucky already... it is only 60rm.... and especially if that is all you paid... that's the max loss + loss of time + loss of energy/patience...

Question now is... what will u do with that friend/family/stranger that invited you to attend this? u still entertain the chap?

So true. Betrayal, dishonesty and lying is the ONLY way Pyramid Scheme companies disguised as MLM, like Mc Ocean make money.

They will befriend you, promised to support you to the ends of the earth. When you let your guard down, they will CON-vince you to give RM 2K to them to "try" their garbage products. Then they will upsell you with a "Shortcut to Success Package", which cost you a whooping RM 35K!!! They will persuade you to borrow money from bank, saying things like "Paying RM 1K per month for 5 years is nothing if you are making 5 figure income every month".

When you bring the RM35K you borrowed to Mc Ocean counter, they will secretly include the outdated RM 5000 water filter into the product package you will buy at the counter.

When you received the products, your Mc Ocean upline will ask you to open the product packaging to check the product quality... WITH THIS ACT, ALL THOSE PRODUCTS THAT YOU OPENED CAN NO LONGER BE REFUNDED UNDER THE 6 MONTHS REFUND POLICY. YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST YOUR RM 35K.

Don't believe anything Mc Ocean members said to you, dear readers. They will play with your emotions, your desperation and your dreams to manipulate you into giving them money.
There is NO FINANCIAL FREEDOM, TIME FREEDOM AND EXTRA/ PASSIVE INCOME in Mc Ocean. Don't be Mc Ocean's Income!

Since 2019, Mc Ocean had taken down all their photos or videos that are related to them trying to CON-vince attendees to sign up to their RM 35,000 Mobile Stockist Plan. Up until today, they still have no balls to post any of those brainwashing events photos/ videos back on their social media.

Why ah Mc Ocean, thought you say you are a honest legitimate business that makes many poor people become millionaires??? drool.gif

Sharing a good testimony about his/ her bad experience in Mc Ocean:

https://www.facebook.com/mcoconfession

#MCOConfessions 927

Early 2024, I was introduced to M*o*ean by an old friend of mine, someone I had lost touch with for quite a while. During the meetup we shared a few good moments, reminiscing about the past and catching up since it had been so long. However, somehow, he managed to steer every conversation back to the idea of doing business, I decided to go along with it and discuss the opportunity. He then invited me to a party and events where I met his business partners, and gradually, I was introduced to the business, although the company name was never mentioned during the party or event. Later, I was invited to their office for a visit, where I was shown the products and marketing plans. Initially, I thought it seemed like a good opportunity to start a side business for passive income. So, I decided to pay RM 2k+ to become a GP.

A few weeks later, I was invited to attend "HOW" event, where they explained how to make more money by doing the same things. While the plan sounded promising, I was a bit skeptical, especially since it required RM30k. Sensing my hesitation, they immediately asked if money was an issue. They even suggested that I take a bank loan to do the business. With their constant manipulating, I chose to pay RM 30k to upgrade to an SP.

I was later encouraged to attend a Camp to learn more about how to succeed in this business. However, I was shocked by what happened. During the Camp, we were taught manipulative techniques on how to act friendly with our friends to entice them into joining the business. We were also drilled with the mindset that if our friends avoided us because of our involvement in the business, then they were likely not true friends, and we might as well lose them. I found all these mentality to be toxic. We were urged to follow the KP unconditionally and copy and paste whatever they do since they are deemed successful in this business. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was uncomfortable to betray my friends trust by using these manipulative techniques on them.

The main focus of the Camp seemed to be pushing us to find business partners as quickly as possible. What really upset me was when one of the KPs mentioned that in order to succeed in the business, we should fully prioritize it and disregard our main jobs. They even jokingly suggested that if our boss asked us to work OT, we should decline, so that we can have more time for the business. I have a well-paying job that I love, and there's no way I would jeopardize my career for this.

After the Camp, my KP pushed me to work harder, insisting that I now had the "skills" to succeed in the business. She went through the Namelist (prospects) with me and demanded that I contact them in front of her. My original goal had been to create passive income alongside my main job, taking a slow and steady approach to building my downline. However, I was suddenly forced to map out a plan for how many prospects I intended to meet each week. If they thought the number was too low, they would push me to meet more people by repeating the Namelist thing again. It became evident that they looked down on those of us who preferred a slower pace, accusing us of not being serious about success.

'I have now decided to distance myself from the business and plan to exit for good. So far, I haven't been able to build my downline, as I find it incredibly difficult to manipulate friends or strangers into joining a business I don't truly believe in just so I can make money.

I don’t think this business is a scam; if someone is truly dedicated, they could be successful. However, it’s the unethical mindset and practices that I strongly disagree with. When I think back to the smile of my friend when we reconnected after so long, I feel disgusted. I once thought it was a genuine smile, a real desire to reconnect. But now, I realize it was just a façade, designed to manipulate me into helping him recoup his money

Must be joking, right?

People's understanding about "scam" differs.

If based on Cambridge Dictionary's definition of "scarm", Mc Ocean is certainly meeting its criteria to be scarmming people from this person's sharing.
The fact remains, that Mc Ocean's means of making money is through recruiting new members, their worthless products are just tools to disguise its Pyramid Scheme.

Questions to ask yourself:
1) Are you suddenly being asked to lepak by a "friend" who you were never so close to? Suddenly the "friend" cozy up to you, and wanna be your BFF.

2) Are you feeling pressured on joining something just because "it is a once-in-a-lifetime deal"?

3) Are you feeling pressured to suddenly put in so much on products where you barely have any knowledge on how it works or why is it the so-called best products of the world?

4) Do you feel that the way to make earnings sound so unethical to you?

5) Is it possible that if a person is really making so much income with little effort, will the company changes their terms and conditions to make it harder or almost impossible?

6) Do you believe that the VIPs and their henchmen/henchwomen have your interest at heart?

7) Lastly, do you have to OT or put in so much effort in things that don't bring any value to you?

The person who was sharing this "money-making opportunity" to me last time, I have 99.9% feeling that s/he has quitted the business as well.

So why I should I join this company? Misleading here and there just to get money = definition of a scam

Even if you are truly dedicated, if some higher-ups don't like you or wanna stab you in the back, you won't be successful in making income.

There are stories of people experiencing this.

And did the management care?

Once they get your $$$, their objectives are achieved.

They know when you pull out, they will still keep their earnings.

99% uplines won't even bother to refund the money to downlines.
