So-callled long lost friends and strangers suddenly caring about your dreams out of the blue = Run away

Long time lurker here. The fellow is most likely well aware that it's a scam.

More of a case of trying to safe face and some self denial by justifying that he did received goods for the money paid thus it is not a scam.

Since he never said anything about needing to take a loan & have a well paying job. Very likely he is highly educated & imho for some people. The more one is highly educated, the more one will deny that they got.conned as they cannot accept the fact that they fell victim to a scammer who they consider as beneath them hence the face saving/self denial.

Made worse by the fact that mcocean is pretty much well known by now & can easily Google it especially since there was a few weeks interval before paying up 30k.

Lucky for everyone is that everyone knows mcocean is a scam & that there are plenty of confessions outright warning people its a scam.

If this was the early years of.mcocean when a lot of.people believed in their lies. This confession wouldn't be of.much help as mcocean can say see, even this fellow says we are legitimate. It's just that he doesn't have the mindset & ruthlessness to succeed.

Basically, that is like a person paying RM10 for cup of teh tarik at a mamak shop because the normal teh tarik sounded so special that nobody knows about it.

The difficulty of getting people to put in RM35k into this thing is the difficulty of getting people to pay RM10 for a cup of teh tarik.

In the google reviews that are since been flooded with positive comments from the members (and ex-members too, I assume), it is like convincing the buyers to mass spam reviews on why expensive teh tarik is so good.

Honestly speaking, the fact that you have to attend events, go to business seminars etc, only just to find out
1) why this teh tarik is worth RM10
2) why you should convince your friends and family to buy RM10 teh tarik, and then get them to sell it to others at the same price

is totally nuts.

I must always be grateful for this forum that exposed these scammers to the society. Without it, I would have been a victim myself too. Thank god I was not scammed a single sen thanks for this forum. One day karma will punish these scammers to eternity of hell.

Chinese New Year is near, Mc Ocean members will take advantage of this season to look for new victims to make money out of.

They will try to hard sell you tickets to their CNY Event, luring you with exclusive invitation to meet "successful 5 figure income entrepreneurs". They will make you believe they have you in mind, but the truth is because they know you can afford to take up another RM 35K of bank loan to become the next victim of Mc Ocean.

Be careful of friends/ family members/ coworker/ Online Strangers, who tries to jio you out ALONE, especially during this week. This scarmmers are so brainwashed and desperate, they can only see people around them as just another RM 6K sales to be closed.

The whole operation is still registered under a legit company.
The whole operational staffs from top mgmt down to the uplines segments need to continue to make income to sustained their lifestyles expenses and there are still people believing in them ...so it still operates and alive

This shit will continue to exist for as long as there is new people in the workforce because they mostly prey on people from this category.

It is like all the MLM out there, long existing and sucking money.

Mc Ocean products are generally overpriced and with unsupported health benefits.

Take this product Enerbest for example, 400g cost around RM 200!!!
Quaker Instant Oat Meal, 800g you can get it at less than RM 10.00. THAT IS A 4,000% PRICE DIFFERENCE.

Mc Ocean members always brainwash their downlines that MLM is "BEST BUSINESS MODEL", because they cut out all the middleman and get products direct from source. But why the huge difference?

Their products were never meant to be transactional, they are only tools for them to disguise their Pyramid Scheme with a AJL (Akta Jualan Langsung) License. Their main source of income is by recruiting new victims, followed by dumping RM 35K worth of these garbage on them and call this their sales!
