I get the loan offer letter from Maybank, but not yet from rhb and uob? Anyone here Apply for rhb and uob?

Today went to winter on the park, 912sf selling 550-600 per sf,OMG, selling around 550k

Maybank quoted me the MRTA around 7.9k for 25 years, is that high? Uob just quote me 4.2k for 20years...why so different? Anyone can clear my doubt?

riderb4, the package is - 2.3%, he said the mrta is so expensive because of full coverage of your house loan within the tenure year you wish to cover, more tenure years mean more premium...I not sure uob so cheap, may be of cover 20 tenure years of loan amount, and not full amount.

C u wan to invest or self living lo. If invest Mrta no need cover much year. 3-5y OK.

bear in mind, UOB quote on MRTA is the most competitive.

UOB quote me MRTA for 5 years - rm1000

RHB quote me MRTA for 8 years - rm2000

I got quote from RHB - 15 years - RM3400
