VP ... I estimating around May/June 2013.

If September... maybe got problem to celebrate 2014 CNY lo....

I think wud need at least 1 year after vp to hit occupancy of at least 60% to 70%, looking at the progress of arca and canting.

Ya, we pay upfront le, otherwise inp won't transfer the land name to your name and bank won't release the money if the name is not transfer ...
