Pentas 2, 70 percent of the buyer is chinese. Not sure about pentas 1 and 2. The fact that most ai buyer are staying nearby otherwise its very difficult to discover this area. Unless ur season investor or like all the taikor over here...

Chinese, Malay, Indian, Kadazan, Murut... We are all Malaysians.

Days ago, I spoken to my friends in the industry. They shared the same view that:-

1. All gated & guarded development is categorized as LANDED STRATA rather than the conventional LANDED TITLE

2. The LANDED STRATA concept is exactly like STRATA TITLE of condominium/apartment/residential low rise / highrise, etc

3. LANDED STRATA is governance under HDA schedule H not conventional schedule G

So....if the unit is LANDED STRATA, you can not extend your unit and your property may not appreciate much as it is STRATA concept.

So...and So...pentas 1,2 & 3 is signed under schedule G, no way we can put up gated before CCC(CF) and VP.

Even though pentas is under schedule g but I'm fine as long as they gate it later after vp. Everywhere now ppl is pushing for gng since crime rate so high.

There is no such thing as normal malay school. We have sekolah kebangsaan. This is what we should see as normal school. At least to some of us.

The islamic school is for islamic teachings only. Usually in the afternoon.
