IF I&P do Fencing

a) Investor - WILL NEVER CONTRIBUTE TO MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR GUARDS
b) PPl Bought to stay - TO MANY INVESTORS SO OWN STAYERS HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE FOR SECURITY - NOT HAPPY

M2K2Land, good to know. I have no issue with this too. Most important is safety. Safety also affect our investment in property. If people know safety kantoi, sure price appreciation also affected.

Even if I'm investor I will also pay. Security is not something that we shud take for granted given the current circumstances...

I'm in opinion that local council shud amend the law making it compulsory for everybody to pay for security juz like when we pay cukai pintu. If one fail to pay, fine them..

Otherwise nobody will care especially in here in our country.

Yes, Im agree....the most important is how to get I&P to do the fencing for pentas 1,2 3 for us.......if can with a guard house..then i can say pentas is one of the best investment that i can have

So far only talk but no official confirmation that Inp will do the fencing and build a proper guard house.

Otherwise we have take up ourself when we form RA in future..even that does not guarantee everybody is willing to fork out money for fencing and guard.

Ya bro Amint. Many loan not approve. Some buyer even resort to adding three name otherwise difficult to get approval.
Pentas 2 also got some leftover units.
Guess time are tough nowadays...

jucl, really pity those who cannot get approval. I guess due to the ruling, only those who are fit financially could afford.

no...if this is at temasya...you think the sale will last this long?
Its the location again.

It will go...but need more awareness. I bet besides investor and property
people...no one knows where alam impian is if you ask them off hand.

I&P have to push and market it harder for this Alam impian.

This I can agree becoz if you notice there is no advert n promotion at all by inp. Considering their peers like sd and sps, inp is the least agressive though their product is probably one of the best in market.
They shud co joint together with sps n I'm sure ai will be a much more lively township. Even I feel naza ttdi appears to be more agressive than inp.
Inp is lucky as they have deep pocket n the land there belongs to them otherwise I'm sure they will have hard time to survive.

I couldnt agree more. To tell you the truth, I myself didnt know where Alam Impian was last year. Until I found out from lyn, that i determined to find. After finding, I knew this place has got potential, more over being undervalued (based on my opinion). I am
pretty sure that someone else would feel somehwhat the same

Hehe. Kota Kemuning also malay name but lots of chinese staying there. Pardon me but I think most buyers of Alam Impian are chinese rather than Malay. Majority are chinese but not by huge percentage. That was what I was told by SA
