Apparently I&P management have the budget to put up guard houses and etc... The thing is, 80% of the owners must sign off saying they want it and they will get things going ...

All purchasers of Pentas 1/2 and i believed..3 also have signed the "Letter of Consent" form when signing the S&P agreement in front of your respective lawyers......some of you may not recalled due to numerous forms/applications/etc that you signed that day.....however to refresh your memory pls refer to this link.....kind courtesy of UFO-ET  ............V1.....go to post 272

You want to get the whole I&P purchaser list for pentas 1, 2 & 3?

If you know someone inside I&P, pay them to get the whole list. When you start to call the purchaser on your noble intention, you may get a bad responds, eg "who the hack are you?!" "how you get my contact?!" "why should i listen to you?!" by the way, you are violated data protection act Malaysia

jucl, why dont all of us write an email to them asking the same thing. i will try to contact I&P to ask as well.

don't really know.....but i believed d colour is d 1st round undercoat paint.....and oso presume the follow-up paint colour shd be black (hopefully)....like pentas 1 when d 1st round paint was red.....then turn to current black.......

That is undercoating base colour.

The layout of Pentas 1, 2 & 3 is purposely to cater min two vehicles one.... Hehehe....

you know la, nowadays which family only got 1 vehicle one?

Not sure whether there is fence and guard ... I think cannot fence the area as long the road, rubbish collection etc still done by gov. Maybe nowaday authority just close one eye to give cf due to current unsafe enviroment ...
