After reading, I think very difficult since all individual title is categorize under guarded neighbourhood. So many restriction. No wonder I see a lot of housing area use cone, boom barrier contena box. All this are so ugly coz they are not allow to build a permanent one.
If only our country is safe, we dun even need to have all it at all. Save so much trouble.

By right gomen shud support the initiative of having guarded and gated scheme bearing in mind this is effort by us the resident themself to prevent crime instead of coming out rules to restrict and govern it.
Again, if today our crime rate is as low as singapore or australia, do you think we need all this s**t like fence or guardhouse? Not at all. We can even have open concept like those houses in australia.
Imagine having a house that cost a bomb and you can only build a temporary structure juz to ensure gomen or local authority can remove if deemed not suitable. How ugly is that...

Many unit available for sale. In fact they sold less than 50% since launching a while ago. Problem is they call it apartment with apartment facilities. Can you imagine one paying more than 600k for a apartment though the build up is quite big, more than 1600sq. Whole marketing concept is wrong.
By the way, how's the sales number for pentas? Anyone got any updates?

i happen to notice that pentas 1 uses tiles for the divider wall and facade wall at the car porch .Pentas 2 is only painted wall without tiles!!
How come ah since pentas 2 is more expensive.... not fair ... what say taikor here?? hehe

Actually I a bit upset coz pentas 1 really value for money. Miss the boat lah bro.

By the way I'm not sure whether the contractor cut corner skipping the tiles portion. Need to check back the product brochure.

One thing if u guys notice , all pentas 2 are equipped wif home alarm systems but not pentas 1..hehehe

This is where sometime I failed to understand our gohmen o authority miserably. What is sooo wrong allowing developer to put fence o guard post. Though masterplan was approved way back it doesn't mean that one cannot change or amend.
Masterplan will and is always subject to changes. You are talking about min 10year planning not one or two year. Furthermore bear in mind, pentas is at precint 2 not the old precint 1. By right they have to resubmit again to authority. Can't they incorporate the g&g during the submission. MBSA has nothing to lose and in fact more to gain. It is not as if that we cordon off whole area n make it difficult to come in collect rubbish o whatever.
So sad that the topic of g&g or g&f has repeatedly discussed yet i dun see light at the end of tunnel... Sorry juz a bit fruzzz..hehehe

Have faith on pentas. Pentas has more pro than cons compare to naza ttdi! Now already guarded. Only 1 more step to go, fence it wif guard post..tats all..hehe
