Though sales is slow still at least some improvement compare to few week ago. Another 3 more mth maybe all sapu licin!

Those come with pin is issued Lot detail. The potential purchasers then submit the lot details to bank to apply loan.

They do not pay any deposits, with lot details they are requested to apply for loan first. Once the loan approved, only pay deposit and sign S&P. So as long as deposit not paid, not considered booked/sales.

Techincally you ur right. Those with pin cannot be considered sold bcoz as snp is not sign yet. But remember, those pin unit are booked unit. It represent buyers interest to aquire the said property minus the financing. If a property is not attractive ppl will never border even to book coz they dun see the value.

Marketing and promotion is something Inp lack. Really lacking I must admit. Their sales staff dun earn commision. Why wud one bother whether sell. You cannot count on good product alone... Too bad..

Nonetheless I still stand at my believe that ai is a gem waiting for its full potential to unleash. I look at it from a" glass of half full'" perpective..

I think one mistake inp made is they didn't increase price for pentas 3. Although Pentas 3 is more expensive, price psf is almost same as pentas 2. They send the wrong msg to the market.
Also they launch at the wrong timing when bank negara is tightening the credit.. Too bad.

Bro Evil, hehe ur point maybe valid but if you look at overall property outlook, flipping game is over. Many properties r at all time peak and rental yield are all time low. One will require at least some holding power with AI no exception. This are temporary. Also with the upcoming ge, guess many ppl put onhold their purchase until they r certain on the outcome.
On other note I'm happy to know that most ppl buy ai to stay rather than flip. This is good. It helps to ensure sustainable n growth of a township mid to long term. Otherwise after vp, the township will look very empty as most investor will be looking at either dispose or tenant to fill up.

In terms of design its really matter of preference but I like best both pentas 1 &2. Pentas 1 car porch tiles is nice n elegant, dark grey compare to pentas 2 lighter color. In term of facade pentas 2 look more contemporary minimalist.
Though pentas 2 comes with free plaster ceilling you still need to renovate if you want to install down light Design came with only with single plain piece.

Dun worry. Good house are hard to come across nowadays. They normally dun offer good discount or other freebies like full dibs. The product will sell by itself. I'm sure u dun make decision to buy a house based on dibs...do u? :-)
