I was at setia alam last week and was quite impress how fast they grow the area especially setia mall. U can see a lot of big brand there.
Even their park and landscape also quite nice. I'm sure if sps can build one at ai, guarantee lu all ahmoi will come.. No more ah soh.. Hehehe

Congrats! Welcome to the club. For pentas, if I rmbr correctly u need to pay interest for 1st year and 2nd year by inp from the date u sign snp o the 1st payment.
Assuming u sign snp next month, u pay interest fr now till next year sept. Thereafter dibs kick in.
Since pentas 2 vp ard oct 2013, you may not get to enjoy it at all.
Anyway, pentas 2 is a good buy.

By the way, I heard inp is fencing up temasya glenmarie. Perhaps a hint that inp will also fence pentas? Any taikor got any infor?

Good to knw that inp is changing to a more stylish tiles but I tot type of tiles and design are all spec in during the tender.
Though this is good for us as a buyer, this may not be fair for the sub con unless they try to cut corner using lower specs tiles.

Will have lake if they manage to get approval frm mbsa...but dunno wat is the status now only.

Next launch is 22x80 at precint 1. Indicative price maybe 600k ++

Have you seen any public bus at ai? So far I haven't see one, not even a taxi. For time being have to really depend car...
