Nice guard house. Where is this location..
But this are permanent structure unlikely mbsa will approve under individual title...unless they are giving exception... U know, I was told that mbsa and ketua polis is also staying at alam impian...shud leverage on them to lobby with mbsa..hehe |

If my memory serve me right, Golden Hope owned the land bank in Alam Impian, their sales office is initially located in Wisma Cosplant Subang, later GH acquired by I&P and the company changed to Alam Impian Sdn Bhd. I was there during their 1st launch in Subang in 2006.
my source : Alam Impian master planning was proposed in 2003, there was no such thing of setting up fence, same goes to Bdr Kinrara in 1992. TTDI acquited the land in 2008 and manage to design the fenced concept in the master plan, TMS M Residence, Kinrara Residence and USJ Heights etc are all the same, those are much later and mange to get it approved. What I&P do is construct the guard house and fence AFTER the VP only, according to my source, it is not easy to get it approved if a new gated concept is proposed to the local authority. I am very sure a guard post and fence will be constructed, but dun expect a modern guard post like the G+G Taman. |

This is where sometime I failed to understand our gohmen o authority miserably. What is sooo wrong allowing developer to put fence o guard post. Though masterplan was approved way back it doesn't mean that one cannot change or amend.
Masterplan will and is always subject to changes. You are talking about min 10year planning not one or two year. Furthermore bear in mind, pentas is at precint 2 not the old precint 1. By right they have to resubmit again to authority. Can't they incorporate the g&g during the submission. MBSA has nothing to lose and in fact more to gain. It is not as if that we cordon off whole area n make it difficult to come in collect rubbish o whatever. So sad that the topic of g&g or g&f has repeatedly discussed yet i dun see light at the end of tunnel... Sorry juz a bit fruzzz..hehehe |
