sorry for the late reply.pls call siti aida 0342597714 to ensure all payment due to inp had been duly settled as per statement enclosed together with vp letter.once confirmation is obtained then you are required to call en zul from maintainance dept to fix an appoinment for collection of keys as well as to undertake joint inspection.en zul may require 2days to 3days to get the house clean before handing over.so your target to collect the keys on monday seem not possible unless u collect the keys first and do the joint inspection at a later date.certainly you can try .put the best pr touch to get things moving faster.salam adil fitri and godspeed.
