collected the keys today.can drive in.tell the guard you are the owner and had collected the keys.

sorry for the late reply.pls call siti aida 0342597714 to ensure all payment due to inp had been duly settled as per statement enclosed together with vp letter.once confirmation is obtained then you are required to call en zul from maintainance dept to fix an appoinment for collection of keys as well as to undertake joint inspection.en zul may require 2days to 3days to get the house clean before handing over.so your target to collect the keys on monday seem not possible unless u collect the keys first and do the joint inspection at a later date.certainly you can try .put the best pr touch to get things moving faster.salam adil fitri and godspeed.

certainly yes,but more cleaning is required after rectification work is completed.

hi,it all depends on the type of pressure scale and the type of pipes used to link from the water tank in the house.copper piping can certainly take the pressure but comes with a problem of leaking at the joints and in some cases it might even dislocate or burst.thus to your question on the need to use water heater with pump depends on the type of current water pressure scale being used.the pump is normally located next to the water tank in the house.
