Eh! P4 is not cheap either. If u can afford P4, I'm sure you will find a away to cover the 50% of the MoT...

How much roughly do we have to pay monthly for F&G? If we rent the unit, who pays for it; tenant or owner? Or is it negotiable?

Normally people who rent only pay the rental... maintenance and security should pay by the owner...

Hi there. Potential Pentas 4 buyer here. In regards to Pentas 4, I seem to have noticed there is some slight differences between the chart at the sales office and the big signboard at the actual Pentas 4 site for the remaining unlaunched 28 units along 35/95A and 35/95B.

In the sales office, there is a price list attached to the wall and there is a part listed as future development. If you look closely, you will notice the BU is similar to the units already launched.

However if you go to the project site, these 28 units are listed as 3 storey links.

So anyone knows which version is correct?

I was there last weekend, P1 all the water meters were installed. Heard keys will be handed out after Raya, and yes, there was a unit sold for 900k+!! Soon price in AI will be over 1M....we'll all be millionaire... hahahaha.

Oct VP, inspection and defect rectification work will be another month. Reno can start in Nov... by the time kautim, earliest will be late Jan... sigh... faster give VP la...

I know P2 come with the Paradox security system, and I noticed in come of the toilets, there are 2 little pipes that stuck out from the wall... does P2 come with hot/cold water pipes?
