Have I&P firmed up their plan on their high rise residential projects? That would create attractive catchment for hypermarket to come in. I recalled back then, they have designated a high rise project close to Pentasians, but it was later scrapped and supposed to be relocated elsewhere.

Since AI is a huge township, perhaps I&P can also learn a thing or two from SP Setia who has formed its own auxiliary police team to maintain public order in their projects. This auxiliary police team is under SP Setia paycheck entirely, apparently.
