Have I&P firmed up their plan on their high rise residential projects? That would create attractive catchment for hypermarket to come in. I recalled back then, they have designated a high rise project close to Pentasians, but it was later scrapped and supposed to be relocated elsewhere.

AI got Balai Polis or not? Where is it located? Since AI is a huge township, perhaps I&P can also learn a thing or two from SP Setia who has formed its own auxiliary police team to maintain public order in their projects.
