Hi there. Potential Pentas 4 buyer here. In regards to Pentas 4, I seem to have noticed there is some slight differences between the chart at the sales office and the big signboard at the actual Pentas 4 site for the remaining unlaunched 28 units along 35/95A and 35/95B.

In the sales office, there is a price list attached to the wall and there is a part listed as future development. If you look closely, you will notice the BU is similar to the units already launched.

However if you go to the project site, these 28 units are listed as 3 storey links.

So anyone knows which version is correct?

Fish and goat for Pentas 4 as well?

Better hurry, I think 3 more intermediate units left as of last weekend not booked/ signed SPA, all facing south.

Anyway I have attached the updated list from Saturday. All intermediate units facing north have been booked. Left 5 units facing south from this pic, one was booked on Sat (not by me)

Not sure bout the quota. Pls count from my earlier attached pic. Red pin is bumi booked, while red sticker is bumi sold.

Actually 4 intermediate units left. One non bumi quota taken but not reflected at the time of photo taken.

Better go early. Last week I reached on the dot at 445pm, all sudah balik. Good luck tomolo

And also try to ask what other goodies they giving besides alarm. I would feel imbalanced if Pentas 1 is getting water pump while Pentas 4 does not get.

In Kinrara, I&P have been giving free autogate there since at least 5 years ago.

Haha.. Not the case of being kiasu...Normally I&P will continue giving what has been given to an earlier phase to the latest phases after that.

But just curious, how sure are you that no water pump will be given to Pentas 2? That's because I&P did not promise water pump for my current Kinrara unit. But when it was VP-ed, water pump was included.

Try calling 0351628400 (should be operations/ maintenance dept) and tell them you cannot reach their general line. Happened to me on Monday
