I too received the full progress claim and attached with it is 'Perakuan Siap & Pematuhan' dated 5/7/13.Presume this is same as CCC. By the way, have we VP or received key only considered VP.

Once bank release the money within short period should get the key. Already have water and electric according to the letter claim.

P2 I saw roads fully tarred, street lights not up yet... Hopefully can get VP within Sept, inspection & rectification work may take a month before any reno work can start... sigh...
No sign of the place being gated yet... don't see them constructing any perimeter fence around P1/P2... |
