Mine is pentas 1. This is regards to the 2nd year DIBS( if any):
1.my 1st drawdown from bank was on 5/7/12 & my next installment is due on 1/8/13. Is it time for i&p to pay the bank installment. 2.Is this procedure automatic or have to call bank/developer.I have called the bank & no one seems to know about this. For developer, no one is answering my calls (HQ & alam impian office) can u taikors enlighten me on this. |

I too received the full progress claim and attached with it is 'Perakuan Siap & Pematuhan' dated 5/7/13.Presume this is same as CCC. By the way, have we VP or received key only considered VP.

is it possible to renovate from double storey to 2.5 storey or 3 storey. heard can be done but need neighbours consent, surely with MBSA approval.

went today to sign for Fish & Goat with En.zul at alam impian office after getting a sms from an property agent
 . So far only about 17 people signed. |

Any pentas owner considering removing the toilet in the ground floor living room. I'm considering this as i feel uneasy people using toilet in living room but double minded
. Only concern this will void/impact the warranty. Bros pls comment. |

thks for the info. Brought an interior designer to look at the house. He said he can propose with 3D drawings for dry/wet kitchen cabinet, plaster ceiling(with patterns),tv cabinet, dividers,a/c ,lightings, warddrobe etc. just wondering how much it will cause. If beyond my means , just stick to the basic things.
