Dear AMINT (This i changed from my real name),
Thank you for your email received earlier today. I am here responding to your Q1 as what we have mentioned in our offer during your purchase of the property. As for Q2 & Q3, I would revert to you soonest once I receive the detail pertaining to that from another division/section. Q1) Will Pentas series be fenced? Answer: Project is not sold as "Gated & Guarded Basis". However, we do provide security rounding of the area where the fees are borne by us for the first year from date of official Handing Over of Vacant Possession from I&P Alam Impian. 2) Will Pentas series be having guard house? Revert within 24 hours. Why need to revert? Meaning they may consider fencing and guard house. Otherwise if InP certain abt not fencing n guard house, they wud have replied no immediately..
May be I syiok sendiri..I think got hope.. |

Bro, do you think the word gated will confuse inp because generally the word gated is associated with strata title not individual. Should we replace the word gated with fence ( f&g) instead of g&g?
