Very nice. Sharp looking! If the rooftop is modern facade with grey colour, I am sure I have bought it earlier. Argh

Pentas 2 still in making...

Every time I see Pentas 1 I damn sakit hati coz I didn't manage to get a unit there. For me I think it is one of the best facade in AI yet with sooo reasonble price.
I dunno whether I shud congratulate those Pentas 1 owner or envy them..:ahaha

Pentas 1 looks very nice and real sharp, but, Pentas 2 not bad what, at least the pillar to pillar offers bigger width space compare to Pentas 1.

I dunno Pentas 1 can park 2 Camry or Accord side by side with walking comfort or not.

FYI, p1 rc roof top has been painted with kilat grey color paint with aluminum foil. Can go up and watch from master bedroom window. No more pecah crack seen on rc roof top. But p2 rc roof top still nicer.
Also side balcony as well. For car park area in front of the house, all has been painted kilat-kilat.

Pentas 1 win in term of facade but might lose in term other like smaller master bedroom and toilet. The porch roof of pentas 2 also has small stone coating on top if you notice that, i think pentas 1 dont have.

P1 carpark cannot fit 2 camry. Need park 1 camry outside. Lucky I cannot afford 2 camry so I don't have this issue.

P2 and p3 ceiling are higher. This is the most advantage over p1.

I think after rain has make the house and road color shaper.
