After make a few call to the inp lawyer then only they sent out the doc., so up to now the bank still in the process to release the payment but already over the deathline. So i want to remind u, make sure keep follow up with the inp lawyer. Make sure they really do their work before it late like ME!  I'm also facing similar problem  I'm left with deadline in 3 weeks time but the MOT still pending darn...........

Hey guys... I just checked iproperty for AI houses and found that Arca BU 3500 sqft and LA 4600 sqft asking for 1.68 millions. And Ukiran with the same size for 1.4 millions.. Are these prices reasonable for now? Anyone can ask any amount but I consider these prices to be realistic when all amenities are ready in AI..what's your opinion?
