I believe my 1st drawdown was Q1 last year... but there's no DIBS yet for this year...

Checked with norisa and it say my P2 DIBS start on April 2013 which mean this month is the last month of interest payment.

I have a question. is it even remotely possible to rent out in Alam Impian? I am currently located overseas and i dont think my family would move in anytime soon. If i could rent out for 2k, i will be pretty happy..

2k for bare unit or furnish? I think for bare unit normally ppl duwan to rent. At least basic reno plus furniture.

Whatever u do, DONT rent to PAK HITAM. Unless there are some stupid AI owners here. Capital appreciation and rental will be affected after that. Trust me

I mean basic unit with basic reno like air cons, lighting and fans. Furniture, I think not really important for some tenants, acc to agents of AI told me.

if I renting >2K better i go rent a condo with very good security rite? include gym, swimming pools, guards, good night view.

depend on your need actually, some prefer condo some landed. For myself I rent house previously compare to condo in my area. Space I believe is my consideration.

Hearing from Yahoo group AI, Canting got 2 cases broke in last years.

Actually, break in is everywhere, even in those GnG community. it is just that the probability is lower in in those proper GnG housing estate. I come from Klang and those GnG such as Setia Damai and Ambang Botanic, selling at a premium of 40% above the rest also experience break in..

Yes agree. Make sure pak hitam is out of AI sight.. Too bad sometime this is beyond our control. As long as they are willing to pay high rental, there is always possibility. Some house owner only want money..
