hi been using xperia s for approx 3 months, i have this issue that whenever i answer calls the backlight will auto OFF after few seconds.. Then when i wanna hang up the back light never turn on.. even i touches/tap the screen (to end the call) the screen still appears black. Every time i have to press the unlock button at the top then only i can end the call why so not user friendly...

does anyone faces this problem..

u got use any screen protector?
try wiping the proximity sensor if u c oil on it

Yea, its sp from sony come in the box. Ok ill try cleaning it. Hope it works

Just tick lock button end call .
When ur call ended just press the button ur call automatic end .

its all becoz of the proximity sensor. Thanks..

i have budget around 1k+-......

should i buy xperia p RM8xx or xperia s RM1199 or xperia sola or nexus or 2nd hand iphone4 or others brand ?....

my main concern is battery duration and must support WAZE and speaker must be loud !

any suggestion please ?....

Bought the day it launched for xperia s.. now with the same price some more... sigh other than what they had the dust and water resistance the rest will be the same.. not justifiable enough for me to change to it... although this two feature is indeed a turn on... sigh!!! Sony why do you treat your user like that!!! Haha

i think the price should be drop at least few hundreds since so many phones come out.. maybe the seller dont want to drop the price.. but maybe not
