why so not user friendly...does anyone faces this problem..

hi been using xperia s for approx 3 months, i have this issue that whenever i answer calls the backlight will auto OFF after few seconds.. Then when i wanna hang up the back light never turn on.. even i touches/tap the screen (to end the call) the screen still appears black. Every time i have to press the unlock button at the top then only i can end the call
