look like you didn't read the thread... remove everything on homescreen and reboot... then add again.
Means all shortcut and widgets on home screen?Just remove the centre page or all pages?

QUOTE(tekplyrX @ Aug 26 2012, 09:32 PM) Did u lose ur apps after unlocking the bootloader? someone posted that he lost all his apps after doing that. Yes and no. Yes because you need to wipe you data if you flash back to GB. No because all apps reinstalled automatically when I login to Google Play. But I suggest you better backup you SMS and contacts before you root it.SMS backup+ is a good tool. It backup SMS into Gmail. So basically I have all my contacts, email, and sms in my Gmail. |

I did a factory reset on my phone over the weekend.
Not only the ICS UI became super smooth once again, the battery life also improved tremendously for reasons unknown. Use to eat up 4% per hour on standby, here is the current battery consumption. as of this morning. feels like new phone =) ![]() PS: i wake up at 4am during weekdays due to work. I didnt lose anything, backed up everything with PC Companion.Just the Apps need to redownload but was done in a flash on Unifi. <3 the phone now. I read on xperia blog that the update unable to download is a problem worldwide, so we just have to wait till sony fix it, i guess. |
