I guess there is no wrong from both side, RDM have make it clearly to him that he is not wanted and he have 2 months of transfer window to move, so if he decided to stay, RDM has the right to not let him in the team to cause any possible distraction. At least he have 2 month to decide, unlike ALEX and ANELKA situation in the middle of season which i see more like a fall out with AVB that causes the ban.

And MALOUDA he have a contract, is his choice, the club have no right to force him to go to other club and sign a few years pay cut deal which he might even get a pay rise when he leave as free agent. But if he is too lazy to go out on loan then he should not complain on his current situation.
