raya leave my car at KL lor.
cant bring back to Sarawak  laugh.gif  laugh.gif
thinking of getting another layer of tinted after the car has been delivered to me later.

is it ok to just apply another tint on original tint?
*
can no problem, but will void ori tint warranty~!

QUOTE(nickzkuso @ Jul 20 2012, 11:26 AM)
its preferable if you remove the original tint first as if you dont remove, normally the warranty of the new tint will be void...

but for rear window, the vendor normally wun remove because they scare will spoil the rear window heater (forget the name tongue.gif) and you need to confirm with them that the warranty still available if you double tint the rear window.

that is my understanding la...
*
normally ppl will remove ori tint as long term will bubble... but double layer tint is juz to provide more heat rejection and more darkness.... brows.gif

QUOTE(dares @ Jul 20 2012, 11:29 AM)
If you rear is stiffer than the front, you should oversteer instead of understeer  hmm.gif . Maybe because the stock springs are too soft at the rear. try remove the FSB see  brows.gif
I do for you want  brows.gif
TMI  shocking.gif  shocking.gif
Personally I'd recommend you to remove the original tint first.
*
understeer mar..... it might due to the suspension as well... juz like keiichi-san said suspension also and important role for handling...wakakka

morning everyone... yesterday morning just full refuel my car and travelled about 120KM, and then this morning refuel again with RON 97. so my fuel tank now is mixed with RON 95 + 97... at the very first moment i step down my pedal, the feel really different, engine very responsive, pick up better, feel my car more power...  brows.gif

anyhow, why RON 97 so expensive...  cry.gif  otherwise if different just 10 or 20 cent, sure everytime i pump in RON 97...  sad.gif

sleep.gif butt dyno effect pretty accurate whistling.gif RON91 enuf ady lar, just that we dun hab it here nia. EMS will auto retard ignition timing if detect low octane, and advance ignition timing when hai octane whistling.gif

No doubt hai komplesen injin needed haier octane to prevent pinging, but injin Campor not hai enuf to see efu(k between RON95 & RON97 lar whistling.gif However, theoritically haier octane should self ignite temperature is haier, so it should reduce fuel consumption little bit(2% may be?) whistling.gif

one week after installing firestorm:

low rev can go without further hesitation... Tried keeping the rev within 1,800rpm and car just creeps without hesitation and almost lag free. However, I have no idea how it will perform on stock 4-1 system, since mine is a 4-2-1 system, which aids low end torque. Dint try on FC yet, coz keep on bhuang bhuang here and there. Especially when saw those motor go breng breng, I also bhooooooaaaangggggggggg all the way... laugh.gif

best to be savoured when the weather is chilly and A/C turned off. laugh.gif
Tekan only, straight go. thumbup.gif

@newbie: the nut thing, it has slipped pass my mind, so sorry. I will try find out the size of it then reply back to you when my assignment period ends, in approx 2 more week. So sorry. sad.gif

well, for one thing, I never encountered that abrupt sudden decrease of power due to compressor kicking in when I want to overtake nor the headlamp flickering when a/c compressor kicking in.

and I never smell any petrol smell emitting from my exhaust, so I it would be safe to assume that the engine is no longer buring rich. At current state, with a positive thought, I would put it as Optimal perhaps. Have to wait till 40k km then only can see is it burning lean or not (spark plug change interval).

most important, the response time for the throttle is up. The lag is still there, but not as bad as during stock.

you should consider it, and you'll feel even more benefits since you're running on 4AT. Somehow the moment you plug it in, witchcraft happens and your gearbox seems to shift precisely and the time it takes for the next gear to engage during shifting up/down is a bit faster. And the best bit is, the moment you nail the throttle, it actually holds the max rev a while longer before shifts up. lol
